7 months agoAisling is a wonderful groomer and my dog loved her. However after accidentally missing an appointment and doing everything in my power to pay for the missed appointment, apologize, etc the owner left me on read, wouldn’t confirm if my other booked appointment would be honoured, and then when they did finally respond chose not to accommodate us any further. I had really enjoyed this place and am just so disappointed in their customer service. Unfortunately cannot recommend.

So much faster than other salons we've used before and so it's an easier time for Harry. As you can see from the photo, he looks very happy with himself and will now have even more admirers! 8 months agoAisling at the Paw Society is absolutely brilliant. Her care and kindness towards my cockapoo, Molly, really shows - and her grooming skills are excellent. I am so pleased with how Molly looks after her appointments. The 1:1 service is great for nervous pups, and I can already tell that Molly is becoming more comfortable with being groomed. The little touches, like the bows and bandanas, are such a joyful addition! It took me a while to get an appointment here and it was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you Aisling and Louise

a year agoAny business that doesnt answer u in time and has an excuse of 'it's super busy" in 2024 is like telling ur boss there was traffic and that's why ur late. I don't appreciate not being answered in time. I've been waiting for 1.5 weeks. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere as this seems to be one of those businesses that don't care because they have enough clients. And if u answer this review all I have to type is actions speak louder than words. Let's see what kind of business owner u are and if client friendliness is a value of urs.
