How do I place an order with Minimal Waste Grocery?
Start by selecting your desired products on their website. Most items are sold in 100g increments, so if you need 400g of rice, you'd select 100g four times. Next, choose your packaging option—BioBags, brown paper bags, or your own containers. For first-time orders, BioBags or brown paper bags are used by default. If you opt to use your own containers, you can provide them during your first delivery, and they'll be stored for up to three months for future refills. Finally, select your delivery method at checkout.
What packaging options are available?
Minimal Waste Grocery offers three packaging choices: recyclable brown paper bags, compostable BioBags, or your own reusable containers. Liquid products are delivered in glass jars. If you choose to use your own containers, you can hand them over during your first delivery, and they'll be used for subsequent orders. How does delivery work?
Local delivery is available for all Dublin addresses. Orders received before 2 PM on Thursday are delivered on Friday. For customers outside Dublin, courier shipping via Fastway is available for orders over €35. Courier deliveries are dispatched Wednesday through Friday, typically arriving the next business day. Please note that liquids cannot be shipped by courier.
Can I collect my order in person?
