We partner with DPD for temperature-controlled, contact-free delivery in insulated boxes with ice gel packs. Dublin orders may be delivered directly by our own refrigerated vans. All items are vacuum sealed for freshness.
Dublin Deliveries: Orders placed on weekdays before 1 pm arrive the next day. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be delivered the following Tuesday. Bank holiday Mondays move to Wednesday.
Nationwide: Orders placed before 1 pm Monday-Thursday are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday, excluding bank holiday exceptions. Remote areas may experience up to a two-day delivery delay.
Yes. Premium items like our world-famous A5 Japanese Wagyu may require an extended wait—up to 60 days—due to import and availability.
We use eco-friendly insulated packaging from Woolcool made from felted sheep’s wool sealed in industry-grade wrap. It’s rigorously tested to keep chilled products within Food Safety Authority of Ireland approved temperature ranges.
