Behind the sales surface runs a steady commitment to animal welfare. The team invests time in proper breeding practice and expert handling, giving each bird the right start. Bird Jungle welcomes both first time owners and experienced keepers looking for quality supplies, expert guidance, and genuine passion for birds. It stands as a steady presence in Dublin’s pet care community and remains a trusted name for anyone who values both pet health and responsible sourcing.
I have rung 7 times trying to get a refund for an item that they charged me for but didn’t have in stock. Every time I ring they say someone will phone me back but they never did.

a week agoI knew from the moment I stepped in this terrible place that it was a kip and they proved me right. They sold my ex partner a poor sick bird who unfortunately passed away very shortly after purchase due to a virus it had and this bird then passed the virus onto my other baby bird who then died too.. the virus (that originally came from the bird jungle bird) was confirmed by UCD Veterinary Hospital staff after review of both animals. What a terrible time that was, having a bird sit and wait to die on your lap and not even want to fly cause it’s so lethargic and sick. I’ll never forget it. It’s no wonder they sell birds with viruses… the animals are clearly sold only for a profit and kept in tiny enclosed spaces, the shop is disgustingly dirty and cramped, packed to the brim with unfortunate souls, how they still haven’t been shut down is beyond me, they don’t actually care about the animals, I didn’t see one bit of animal care while I was there, I just saw issues everywhere. I was raging even more so after the deaths when they offered me €20 in a poor attempt to rectify this. Two deaths of my beloved animals and you say here you can have €20, I spent way more that that trying to save them. Crooks so they are and they can shove the €20. After I visited once, I said never again. Feel so sorry for the animals in there, still have bad memories of them. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. They also have no customer service. 100% AVOID unless you as a parent want to have to explain to your child why their pet suddenly died. RIP Kiwi and Billy 🐦 fly high my babies

a week agoWe absolutely loved this place! Conor, the owner, is an amazing person—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. We asked countless questions, and he took the time to answer every one of them without ever making us feel rushed. We got our Double Yellow-Headed Amazon (DYH) from him, and our baby is healthy, happy, and thriving. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his birds and the people who get them. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a healthy, well-cared-for bird and exceptional customer service. A must-visit!
