And the lads themselves are absolute gentlemen, salt of the earth. Very lucky to have such good people in the community, providing such exceptional service. Their custom-made products are exceptional, and every cut brings me back to a time when beef tasted like beef. There’s real craft in what they do, and a genuine warmth in how they do it.
