a week agoI would not normally be someone who had previously visited or shopped in Lush in Cork. My interaction in the shop last week however has changed my mind. As I stepped into the building, both staff members engaged in a "real" conversation - beyond the superficial. I know staff will have been trained to be conversational and upbeat. I spoke with Anna (from France) and she could not have been more helpful - even checking some of my queries with another staff member just in case. I was not rushed to make a purchase or make my payment which I appreciate as someone who is neurodivergent and a JAM card carrier. Thank you Anna for your excellent customer service. By the way, I do not know or have never met any of the staff in the store before.
